Actor Insights provides AI-powered audition analysis and insights for actors. Our platform helps actors prepare for auditions by providing personalized analysis, feedback, and coaching based on submitted audition materials.

We use advanced artificial intelligence to analyze scripts, provide character breakdowns, suggest performance strategies, and offer personalized recommendations tailored to specific casting directors and roles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Actor Insights.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Credit System

Actor Insights operates on a credit system. Credits are required to generate insights for your auditions. The following terms apply to our credit system:

• Credits may be purchased through our platform according to our current pricing plans.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the credit system at any time.
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in the plan description.

6. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload content, including but not limited to scripts, audition videos, and personal information ("User Content"). You retain all rights in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing our Services to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

Actor Insights and its contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Actor Insights, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• You may download insights generated specifically for you through our Services.

• All subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

We do not guarantee that the insights provided through our Services will lead to successful auditions or career advancement, as many factors outside our control affect casting decisions.
